NB: There also exist some downsides in Kasarani. Most real estate developers do not consider putting up housing structures with ample parking and you may find parking your vehicle outside your flat all the time. Household have to part with atleast KES. 500 per month aside from the house rent to cover car security. There also seems to lack proper planning in drainage in most areas and it can be a bit messy during the rainy season.
