Hao Finder Ambassadors Terms of Service
Welcome to the Hao Finder Ambassadors program! Please carefully review and understand the following terms before joining as a neighborhood expert or property hunting help hand.
Think of Hao Finder as the "Uber of Property"
Connecting clients with dedicated Ambassadors like yourself to provide exceptional property search and assistance services.
1. Program Description
The Hao Finder Ambassadors program serves as a network of individuals who fulfill client orders for property search and assistance. As a neighborhood expert, you will be helping clients find suitable properties and providing support throughout the process.
2. Compensation
💰 30% Commission Structure
As a consideration for your services, Hao Finder will provide you with 30% of the total invoice cost for each successfully completed order. The invoice cost refers to the service fee charged to the client for the property search and assistance provided.
Example:
If client pays KES 10,000 service fee → Ambassador earns KES 3,000
3. Requirements
a) Staff ID
All Hao Finder Ambassadors must possess and display a valid Staff ID issued by Hao Finder at all times during service delivery. The Staff ID serves as proof of your affiliation with Hao Finder.
b) Branded T-Shirt
In certain instances, you may be required to wear a Hao Finder branded T-shirt while assisting clients. This helps identify you as an official representative of Hao Finder and enhances the client experience.
4. Responsibilities
🔍 a) Property Search and Assistance
Your primary responsibility is to assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their requirements. This includes:
- Conducting property searches
- Performing due diligence
- Coordinating property tours
- Facilitating communication between clients, agents, and landlords
💼 b) Professionalism
As a Hao Finder Ambassador, you are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service. Always act in the best interest of the clients and represent Hao Finder in a positive manner.
🔒 c) Confidentiality
Respect and maintain the confidentiality of client information obtained during the fulfillment of orders. Do not disclose or misuse any confidential data or personal details of clients.
5. Independent Contractor Relationship
By participating in the Hao Finder Ambassadors program, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Hao Finder. This means that you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and other obligations as an independent contractor.
6. Termination
Hao Finder reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Ambassadors program at any time, with or without cause. Similarly, you have the right to terminate your involvement in the program by providing prior written notice to Hao Finder.
7. Indemnification
Important Legal Notice
The Hao Finder Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hao Finder (Nakibolis Heirs Limited), its staff, affiliates, and associated entities from any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or losses arising from or related to the Ambassadors' participation in the program, including but not limited to any actions, omissions, or negligence on the part of the Ambassadors. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, legal fees incurred in defending such claims.
By participating in the Hao Finder Ambassadors program, you acknowledge and accept this indemnification clause, agreeing to protect and indemnify Hao Finder and its affiliates to the fullest extent permitted by law. This clause is intended to protect the interests of both Hao Finder and its Ambassadors, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial relationship.
